Dear Wagner Community,
We have finished another school year. Each year has its unique peaks and valleys. Through it all, we make it through together. This happens because of the unwavering support we show one another, whether you are a student, parent, guardian, or faculty member. It is the only way we can ensure our success because no one can do the work of educating and challenging young adults to reach their potential by working alone.
We have reached the point in the year where it is time to take a moment to reflect on our successes and identify areas where we would like to improve. This is also the time to relax and reconnect with friends and family. Please take the time to unplug from your electronic device and spend time with those that you don’t get to see during the busy school year. Get outside and have some fun exploring the amazing city that we live in. Choose a book to read because it interests you.
The summer will pass in a flash. Savor each moment of it. For the graduates of the Class of 2019, I wish you the best in your future endeavors. For those returning to Wagner in September, I look forward to hearing about your summer adventures.
